For heating firms

Local boiler work, without the cold calls

You know the difference between a tyre kicker and someone who wants the job done this month. We do the asking, so what reaches you is a homeowner in your own patch who has already described the work and asked to hear from local firms. You come in as a recommended option rather than a cold caller.

Why good firms join us

Work on your doorstep

You tell us the areas you cover and we only send you jobs inside them, so nobody is driving an hour for a survey.

Only two other firms

We cap every job at three installers. You are quoting alongside a couple of local firms rather than a dozen, which makes it worth your time.

People ready to book

These are homeowners who asked for quotes on a real job, not names scraped from an advert. They are expecting your call.

What we ask of you

The right registration

Gas Safe for gas and LPG work, OFTEC for oil, and a recognised electrical competent person scheme for electric. You give us your Gas Safe registration number when you register.

Insurance in place

Current public liability cover for the work you carry out. You can add your certificate in your dashboard at any time.

Turn up and follow up

Contact the homeowner promptly, keep appointments, and quote in writing. That is the standard the whole network relies on.

How the leads work

  1. 1

A homeowner fills in our short form and tells us the postcode, the boiler, the fuel and what has gone wrong.

  2. 2

We check the details make sense, work out how ready the job looks, and match it to the areas and systems you cover.

  3. 3

The job goes to a maximum of three firms, never a whole list, so you are not the tenth caller that morning.

  4. 4

You get the details straight away and ring the homeowner yourself. What you quote and how you price it is entirely your business.

  5. 5

Read the lead summary first and Pass for free if it is not for you. Fees for accepted leads are non-refundable, so only Accept the jobs you want.

Installer network

For gas and LPG work, each installer gives us their Gas Safe registration number.

How quotes work

Up to three local firms see each job. You choose who, if anyone, to hire.

Accreditations we ask installers to hold

We ask installers to hold the registration that fits the job, such as Gas Safe for gas and LPG, OFTEC for oil, and an electrical competent person scheme for electric. BoilerMatch UK is not the Gas Safe Register and is not accredited or endorsed by any of these organisations, so it is always worth checking an installer's own registration before work starts.

BoilerMatch UK introduces homeowners to local heating installers and you decide who, if anyone, you hire. We are not the Gas Safe Register, we do not fit or repair boilers ourselves, and any quote, work or warranty is agreed directly between you and the installer. We confirm your registration and coverage before any enquiries are offered to your firm.
