Is BoilerMatch UK free for homeowners?

Yes. You never pay us anything. Heating firms pay for the introduction, which is how the service is funded.

How many installers will contact me?

Three at most. We would rather give you a short list you can get through than a pile of calls.

Do you install boilers?

No. We are an advertising and introduction service. The installer you choose does the work and holds the contract with you.

What about electric and oil boilers?

Both are covered. Gas and LPG work must go to a Gas Safe registered installer, while oil and electric follow their own competent person routes. Ask which applies to your job.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to match you the same working day where we have local installers, and we ask installers to call rather than leave you waiting. Timing depends on local availability.

Can I change my mind?

At any point. There is nothing to sign with us and no obligation to accept a quote.
